Mathew Joseph received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and Master’s in Business Administration from University of Texas at Dallas. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer with the State of Texas. As an entrepreneur, he and his wife founded RSH Engineering, Inc. in 1994, a successful and thriving Home Inspection & Engineering Consulting Business in Dallas, Texas. He presently serves as the CEO and Principal Consultant. His vast experience spans multiple disciplines: Product Design, Process Engineering, Product Safety, Cost Reduction, Residential Home and Commercial Building Inspector, Real Estate Investor, Expert Witness, Engineering Placement, Real Estate Inspector and Forensic Engineer. He is a graduate of the Church of God Ministerial Internship Program and currently is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God and serves as Associate Pastor at Heavenly Call Missions Church in Dallas Texas. He is a lay counselor certified by American Association of Christian Counselors. He is also a father, husband, mentor, servant leader, and gifted motivational speaker. His passion is to remind and let people know about their identity in Christ and to see them live their lives to the fullest God given potential! Mathew Joseph is married to Sweet Soffee and has been blessed with 4 children, Remarkable Rebekah, Smiling Sarah, Happy Hannah, and Sharp Samuel and 2 Super son-in-law’s, Ben and David and 3 God-given grandchildren, Joseph, Luke and Dominic. Mathew’s unique combination of educational, employment, business, entrepreneurial, business skills and ministerial background positions him to become a successful Realtor. His giftings in these areas will come in handy in negotiating contracts, communications with sales, city inspectors, construction managers and all involved in your home buying experience.
